Returns & Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive return instructions; returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Condition

Items must be new, unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Electronic components (ICs, modules, reels, trays and tubes) cannot be returned once their sealed or moisture-barrier packaging has been opened.

Items supplied to order (including backordered items and items with a minimum order quantity) are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or not as described.

Return shipping and fees

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective, damaged or not as described. No restocking fee is charged.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
