With power parts the package and thermal path matter as much as the voltage and current rating. Check the package (TO-247-3 or TO-247-4, module footprint), gate-drive requirements and safe operating area in the datasheet, and compare on-resistance at your operating temperature rather than at 25 °C only. For SiC MOSFETs, also check the recommended gate voltage, since it differs between manufacturers and generations.
