These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with All Chip Supply.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, duties and shipping unless stated. Each listing shows the date its price was last checked. Prices and availability may change without notice. We source products through suppliers and do not hold inventory, so every order is subject to confirmation of price and availability before it is accepted.

Orders

The cart provides an estimate only. An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you in writing. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or the supplier cannot fulfil it; in that case any payment received is refunded in full.

Product information

We try to describe products accurately. Specifications are summarized from manufacturer and listing information; confirm critical specifications against the manufacturer datasheet. Images marked "Image shown for reference" are manufacturer images used to identify the product; the item supplied may differ in packaging, labelling or appearance.

Trademarks

Brand and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement or an authorized-reseller relationship.

Orders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Manufacturer warranties, where provided, are passed through to you.
