The AMD Instinct MI350X is the air-cooled member of AMD's Instinct MI350 series. It shares the CDNA 4 architecture and 288 GB of HBM3E memory at 8 TB/s with the MI355X, but runs at a lower maximum power of 1,000 W.
That makes it suitable for data centers that need high memory capacity per accelerator without moving to liquid cooling. It supports the FP4 and FP6 data types introduced with CDNA 4, and it is supplied as an OAM module for eight-GPU server platforms. Software support comes through AMD ROCm. We source the MI350X on request; pricing depends on volume and allocation and is confirmed at quote.
