The AMD Instinct MI355X is the top model of AMD's Instinct MI350 series, built on the CDNA 4 architecture. It carries 288 GB of HBM3E memory with 8 TB/s of bandwidth and adds FP4 and FP6 data types for more efficient AI inference.

The MI355X is designed for direct liquid cooling and has a maximum power of 1,400 W, so it is intended for dense, liquid-cooled racks. It ships as an OAM module for eight-GPU platforms rather than as a PCIe card. Software support comes through AMD ROCm.
